BUKHUR AL MALAKI — The Royal Incense
Built around the Omani gem and beautiful character of Green Hojari Frankincense one of those rare materials that can feel fresh, ancient and deeply comforting at the same time. Its first breath is wonderfully green and luminous, almost citrus-like as if a piece of fresh frankincense resin has just been broken between the fingers.
Lemon and cardamom brighten this natural freshness, while saffron and clove slowly introduce warmth and spice. Then the flowers begin to unfold.
Four beautiful expressions of rose form its heart. Indian Damascena is warm and spicy, Taif Damascena fresh and radiant, Bulgarian Otto soft and velvety, and Turkish Rose deeper and honeyed. Orange blossom and tuberose bring creamy white-floral richness, touched with honey, while orris root gives everything a quiet, powdery softness.
As the fragrance warms on the skin, the woods emerge. Hindi Oud brings earthy, leathery depth; Laos Oud is dry and resinous; and Cambodian Oud adds a smoother, gently sweet woody warmth. Sandalwood softens these darker woods with its creamy character, while cedarwood keeps the composition beautifully dry.
Deeper still are myrrh, labdanum and amber stones, giving the impression of resins slowly warming in an incense burner. Vanilla adds softness rather than sweetness, while black ambergris leaves a mineral, salty and slightly animalic shadow.
But Green Hojari never really disappears. It travels through the entire perfume—from sparkling green resin to warm, lingering incense.
BUKHUR AL MALAKI is not simply the smell of burning bukhur. It is the beautiful air left behind afterwards roses, saffron, precious oud and frankincense still quietly floating through the room.
Royal incense, celebrated on the skin.
